It's been great to have time during COVID to take more walks in the woods, but I'm ready for someone to join me!
I'm a laid back, middle-age, divorcee who likes hiking, cooking yummy food, and constantly has music playing. Spontaneous kitchen dance parties to cheesy 90's songs are the norm at my house.
I have an amazing dog and sidekick named Freddie (né Fred Astaire). He's 90 pounds of pure love and sleeps on the bed.
I've been an arts administrator for the past 20 years and love what I do, but I suspect a change is brewing due to the current upheaval in the entertainment industry.
I own my home and enjoy doing improvement projects. I'm pretty handy and the world's messiest painter. I recently changed my own toilet (ok, my friend helped, but it was only because I couldn't lift and align the bolts at the same time!).
Since everything feels political these days it seems important to share that I'm liberal and believe in equal rights for all. I'm not an active participant in marches or demonstrations, but I will speak up in BLM and LGBTQ+ conversations. I don't have much patience these days for people who don't agree with social justice.
I consider myself active and want to be more so. My primary outdoor activities are hiking and camping. I love biking and watersports, but I don't do these often. Mostly because I'm missing a partner in crime to join me.
I'm looking for someone who shares my interests and can make me laugh.
A sense of humor is really important to me. I'd love to meet someone who is more active than I am and willing to push my limits. Kindness, consideration, and good conversation are also a must!
